On an advance stage of this condition, normal movement of your spine or joints become difficult. Ankylosing Spondylitis is more common among men as compared to women. Pain gets worse after sitting for a longer time period.

Disc Degenerative Disease:

Another common type of musculoskeletal disorders is Degenerative Disc Disease. The intervertebral discs are the shock bearers/absorbers. This condition involves breaking down of the discs with time. Disc degeneration is an age-related wear and tear of the discs of one or more vertebrae. This can lead to severe pain.
